THIS DOCUMENT OUTLINES ORDER, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY, BASED ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THE ONLINE STORE 9MMSTORE.EU. THIS DOCUMENT IS NOT A CONTRACT. THE SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PROVIDED ONLINE.
The buyer may be any individual person or registered company, residing and working in the territory of any country. Restrictions may be imposed only for countries subject to any restrictions, embargoes or other economic, environmental, political and other obstacles - either from the online store or from the Seller.
A consumer within the meaning of the legislation of the Republic of Estonia is a natural person who concludes a transaction not related to an independent economic or professional activity.
Operator of online store 9mmstore.eu is 9mm OÜ.
To place an order, the user must be registered and logged in to his personal account. After the registration, user account will be created. All orders will be carried out through this account. While registering, the user must specify all all the mandatory information. Online store operator may additionally request other information required for the fulfillment of the order.
All products in our catalogue are sorted by categories. User selects the item and adds it to the basket by clicking the corresponding button. Each product is accompanied by a brief description and the price. Product card may contain an indication of any arising restrictions. If the product is restricted for unregulated trade in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia, it cannot be sent by mail. Delivery of such orders is only possible by self-pickup method at our official address – Magdaleena str. 3, Tallinn Estonia and only during the official business hours. Please note that the operator of online store possesses all necessary licenses, permits that are enabling legal trading. Goods limited in circulation can be delivered or handed over to to the buyer only in case if the buyer possesses required regulative material such as licenses, permits, etc.
Prices of all items in the catalogue are specified with the value added tax (VAT) effective in the Republic of Estonia.
Delivery of the goods to be fulfilled after payment. Payment is made after the order confirmation during the checkout process. Payment can be made either by bank transfer or credit cards.
The buyer has has the right to return the goods to the seller within 14 calendar days of receipt if the merchandise for any reason does not correspond to the needs and expectations of the buyer, in accordance with current legislation of the Republic of Estonia. In case of return the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt the price of the order will be fully refunded to the buyer, excluding the cost of delivery. In case of the return of goods, the buyer undertakes to maintain the integrity and completeness of the product packaging.
Delivery of goods
Delivery is carried out after full payment. Delivery is organized by regular mail or courier service. All items are properly packaged, listed and transferred to the carrier. The seller's liability for delivery of goods outside the Republic of Estonia shall terminate from the moment of the handing over of the goods to the carrier. When delivery of goods is in the Republic of Estonia, responsibility of the seller terminates with receipt of the goods by the buyer.
Cost of shipping is calculated automatically based on prices provided by the carriers.
The seller delivers the goods to the carrier for delivery within 5 business days from the moment of full payment for the goods, or, in case the ordered goods are not available in stock, during 5 business days after receiving the goods to our stock in Tallinn, Estonia. If the goods are not available in stock, the seller contacts the buyer and specifies the expected period of the handing over of the goods to the carrier. The buyer has the right to refuse from the order if the delivery time is not satisfied.
THE BUYER SHALL BE LIABLE AND OBLIGED TO FULLY COMPENSATE ALL COSTS RELATING TO THE REFUSAL TO TAKE THE GOODS FROM THE CARRIER AND IT’S RETURN TO THE SELLER.
Warranty & Returns
Warranty period is set by the vendor of goods.
Estonian residents have claim declaration period of two years from the date of purchase (governed by legislation of the Republic of Estonia). If the manufacturer warranty of the goods is longer than the term provided by law, manufacturer’s warranty will prevail. Manufacturer's guarantee period is stated in the product description or in the accompanying documents.
If there is a warranty claim, the buyer must notify seller immediately, describe the problem and send the goods together with documents certifying of acquisition, to the seller.
To return the goods to the buyer, as well as returned for warranty repair or replacement, and upon cancellation of the order within 14 days, the customer undertakes to return the purchased product in full, package it in such a way as to ensure its safety during transportation and apply the necessary markings. The seller informs the Buyer about the timing of repair or replacement after receiving the goods.
Dispute settlement procedure
Disputes are settled in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia on the territory of the Republic of Estonia. The dispute shall be settled through negotiations.
If in the process of negotiating parties have not reached an agreement on the subject of the dispute, the dispute shall be submitted for the consideration of the Harju County Court.
